About the Event:

This second session in the series will focus on practical experiences emerging from SOS Children’s Villages Member Associations and Care Leaver’s Networks on preventing unnecessary child-family separation, supporting safe care transitions and reintegration, and advancing family and community-based care, with special attention to the contributions of lived experience to positive outcomes. The session will explore how these interconnected dimensions contribute to sustainable systems change and what practical lessons can help translate care reform commitments into more responsive, accountable and community-based systems of support for children, young people and families.
