About the Event:

This session outlines what Dynamic Accountability is, how it affects different organizational functions, and ways to begin embedding it. In the session, participants will learn about how to use the Global Standard’s 12 Commitments as a practical framework for organisations to embrace a culture of learning, accountability, and inclusion, and will also benefit from practical examples of DA in use in other organizations. Exploring different parts of an organization, the workshop will also cover what it means to be Dynamically Accountable to the public, staff & volunteers, program participants, and in partnership. There will also be an option of a follow up support for Member-participants.
