Marina Kobzeva is a senior humanitarian practitioner and researcher with 19 years of experience across the Red Cross, UN and international NGOs, spanning technical, management and leadership roles at country, regional and global levels. She currently serves as Director of Impact and Locally-Led Practice at MapAction, and holds governance and advisory roles at Christian Aid, the Humanitarian Quality Assurance Initiative and Accountable Now. Her work focuses on locally-led humanitarian response, equitable partnerships, and programme quality and accountability.
