Master in Public Policy and Administration (LSE) and Bachelor in Public Administration from El Colegio de México. He has completed specialized courses in public policy in Hungary, France, and Germany. He served as General Director of International Affairs at INAI, National Officer of Democratic Governance at UNDP Mexico, Head of the Internal Oversight Body at the National Polytechnic Institute, and Head of the Government Management and Performance Evaluation Unit at the Ministry of Public Administration, among other responsibilities. At Ethos, he provides cross-cutting support to the various research areas and coordinates efforts in planning, evaluation, and the development of strategic partnerships. Additionally, he has published several texts and articles on public policy evaluation, anti corruption, and development.
