Mary brings expertise in CSO operations and performance, including digital technology tools, values-based policy and template development, and communication tools and strategies. In her role as Accountable Now’s Head of Communications and Operations, she oversees all aspects of the organisation’s communications and operations work (including HR and legal), and co-coordinates the Dynamic Accountability Community of Practice, where practitioners all over the world come together to share learning and experience to build a more accountable and transparent social sector starting with the way CSOs work. She has strong cross-cultural competencies having worked in person and virtually with teams and partners all over the globe for many years.
Mary has a dual masters degree in Urban Design from Brandenburg Technical University and Cairo University and a BA in Urban Planning from Concordia University.
