Megan Colnar
Interim Executive Director
Megan is a recognised expert and thought leader in strategy, impact measurement and management, learning, and organisational resilience for complex, dynamic social change efforts. She joins the Accountable Now team after previously serving on Accountable Now’s Board and has previously held roles as Director for Strategy & Impact of the Open Society Foundation (OSF) and as Global Director for MEL at The Hunger Project. Her passions include helping organisations and other social change actors to be as resilient and impactful as possible, and is fiercely dedicated to equity and inclusion and applying these lenses to social change work.
Megan received her Master’s in Public Administration in Development Practice from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University and has a BA in International Studies and Latin American Studies from Rhodes College. She has worked in over 50 countries across six continents including long-term engagement and lived experience in Argentina, Brazil, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Chile, India, Kenya, Mexico, Mozambique, Northern Ireland/UK, Rwanda, and the United States.

Mary first joined Accountable Now in 2019 as a Student Assistant. She has an academic and professional background in urban development and design and a strong interest in citizen participation and building a more just and equitable world. Mary holds a Dual Masters in Urban Design from Brandenburg Technical University in Germany and Cairo University in Egypt. Before joining Accountable Now, Mary has worked for architecture and urban planning studios in Montreal, Tokyo, and Cairo on research, citizen engagement and participation, and design.
Bao Han Tran Le (she/her)
Membership and Reporting Coordinator
Bao Han Tran Le joined Accountable Now in September 2019 as Programme Officer of the Global Standard for CSO Accountability. Bao Han has a background in International Relations, with a Bachelor’s Degree from the London School of Economics and a Master’s in International Relations from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), London.
Prior to joining Accountable Now, Bao Han worked for Youth United Foundation in London where she coordinated a network of 11 most prominent British youth charities. She also has experience interning with the AMAR Charitable Foundation and Macmillan Cancer Support UK. She is passionate about the civil society space and equal opportunities.
