Registration

Registration reserves you a place in our workshop. The registration is binding. Returning a completed registration form to Accountable Now results in the obligation to pay the workshop fee and implies agreement with the terms and conditions as laid out below.

Participation fees

The participation fees include coffee breaks, lunches and documentation. Travel and accommodation are not included. The full amount stated on the invoice must be received prior to the first day of the workshop. In order to ensure that Accountable Now receives the full participation fee, please be sure to add international money transfer fees to your final payment.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be made in writing by mail, e-mail or fax. Please let Accountable Now know as soon as possible so that appropriate measures can be arranged.

When a workshop is under-subscribed, Accountable Now reserves the right to change or cancel such a workshop. Participants will be informed as soon as possible. In case of a cancellation participants will be offered an alternative workshop place or a 100% refund.

If a workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances out of our reasonable control (e.g. illness, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions), participants will be informed as soon as possible and offered an alternative workshop place or a 50% refund of participation fees.

Workshop content

Accountable Now reserves the right to add, alter or remove workshop content without prior notice, provided the content still meets the description of that workshop.

Copyright

All notes and handout materials produced by Accountable Now for workshop participants are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced wholly or in part without prior written consent from Accountable Now.

Responsibility

Participants who bring valuables and personal belongings to the workshop do so at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety. Accountable Now cannot be held liable for loss or damage to personal items.
