Tim is Director and Co-Creator of Fair Funding Solutions. Fair Funding Solutions advises non-profits and funders on practical ways to make financial management and funding more equitable and is pushing for system-wide changes in cost recovery, financial reporting and due diligence. Tim is also part-time Director of Resources, Systems and Culture at ADD International. He holds advisory roles as Chair of the Practitioners Advisory Group of IFR4NPO and Chair of the Verification Advisory Panel for the Core Humanitarian Standard. Tim was previously CEO of Mango and became Global Director of Influence and Initiatives when Mango merged with InsideNGO and LINGOs to become Humentum. Prior to that he worked in various roles within non-profits in the UK and internationally. Tim is a chartered accountant and holds an MA from Cambridge University, where he studied Philosophy.
