Sarah Rose

Sarah Rose is an experienced leader, campaigner and social change strategist who holds herself accountable to the values of justice, authenticity, and kindness. She has worked in the civil society sector for nearly 15 years. She has worked and consulted with large organisations such as Save the Children and Norwegian Church Aid and small community partner organisations. Sarah supports organisations and individuals on learning and effectiveness, complexity and systems change. She currently works part time as Oxfam GB’s head of evidence and learning.
