Nada Zohdy is a social entrepreneur, nonprofit leader and network builder in Washington, DC with a decade of experience in the international civil society sector, focused on democracy and governance reform. Through various roles, she has supported capacity-building activities for over 100 nonprofits/NGOs – based in the US, the Middle East, and working globally. As Director of the Open Gov Hub, she facilitates regular resource sharing and collaborations between 50 member organizations and 13 affiliate hubs, to help open up governments and empower citizens worldwide. She has consulted for the World Bank, OECD, Open Government Partnership, and Democracy Fund on civic engagement issues. Nada holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and was formerly Board Chair for Rhize, an NGO that trains and coaches social movements.
